Withdrawal/Cancellation of Order 

It can be done within 2 days from the registration of the order and before its dispatch. Withdrawal or cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases:

-Before the order is completed, during the order you can press the "Delete" button located in the "Cart". By clicking on this link, the product is automatically removed from your cart.

-If the online order has been completed , you can contact us at 2106723010 or through the contact form , in order to undertake the cancellation of your order.

    Order delay: Order may be delayed in cases of bank account deposit , since we ship our products as soon as the bank transfer is completed.

After the product has been shipped, the following applies.

Returns of products

You have the right to return the products purchased and request a replacement. Returns are accepted within 14 days and only if the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging and physical condition have been tampered with and are accompanied by the accompanying documents (receipt, invoice, etc.).

In the case of return, the user will be charged with the corresponding transport costs, except in cases where the company is responsible for sending incorrect products or products with real defects, in which case we will bear all transport costs of the old and the new product.
